If HMRC has registered you for VAT, pick the VAT plan (£12.99/month) — it adds VAT to your invoices, handles the CIS domestic reverse charge, and keeps your digital VAT records and return figures organised. If you are not VAT registered, Standard (£8.99/month) has everything else you need.
No. Tap a plan's WhatsApp button (or text START to our number) and you are in — no card, no form. You only add payment details if you want to keep going after 14 days.
You subscribe to keep full access — £8.99/month Standard or £12.99/month VAT (or the annual price to save). If you do nothing, your account goes read-only: you can still see your data, just not add new records.
Yes. Annual billing is £89.99/year on Standard (saves £17.89 vs monthly) and £129.90/year on the VAT plan (saves £25.98 — two months free).
No. Aigenticura Ltd (trading as SubReady) is not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay. The plan names refer to your VAT status as a subcontractor, not ours.
Yes. If you become VAT registered, message us on WhatsApp and we'll move you to the VAT plan so your invoices start showing VAT correctly. You can change or cancel any time from settings.
Not yet. Your digital records, quarterly figures and VAT return figures are prepared today, and our direct HMRC submission integration is built — it is currently progressing through HMRC's production-access approval. We'll never claim approval before we have it. See our MTD status page for details.
The Practice Plan is volume-priced per client seat: £5.99 (5–25 clients), £4.99 (26–50 clients) and £3.99 (51+ clients) per client per month, minimum 5 seats. The practice pays; clients never do.
