Why we're building it
Subcontractors deserve better than a carrier bag of receipts
Most subcontractors don't want to be bookkeepers. They want to do great work, get paid, and not dread year-end. Existing accounting software is often built for businesses with finance teams — not for someone capturing a receipt at a builders' merchant between jobs.
SubReady starts from a simple idea: keep records organised and accountant-ready, with as little effort as possible. CIS subcontractors feel the need most sharply, so we make CIS tracking effortless — but SubReady is built for every subcontractor, CIS and non-CIS alike, and trade workers more broadly.
